A couple of years ago I bought Thule roof rails, bike supports and a roof box from Ian at Big Bear. At the time I was really pleased with the design and build of the Thule products. Everything worked great and loads were always super-stable. Two years on I’m even more impressed. Everything still looks and works like new, in spite of frequent, heavy use during lockdown and since. Big Bear’s products and service are all top drawer.

Never been so relaxed handing over money!! I've been looking for a while when I found their website. Spoke on the phone twice before going to look. And even rang them whilst driving away (with the new trailer) with questions I'd not thought of! Top folks who know their product inside and out!!!

10 out of 10+A. A very big thank you to the staff at Big Bear Trailers. Due to having a mishap with my trailer jockey wheel my jockey wheel required imediate attention. It was a job normaly i would do myself. Purchase the new wheel and replace it myself. Due to complications from a medical issue i have lost the strength in both hands. I phoned BBT's for advice i agreed to take my trailer on saturday morning. My requirments were taken for the job sheet for the work to be carried out. 8.30am on the monday i received a phone call to say my trailer was ready for collection. I went over after dinner to collect my trailer. I was very impressed with the service & also the price for the work that they did in getting my trailer back to a better than original condition. I just bought an Anssems camping trailer and picked it up yesterday. A really easy company to deal with remotely and very professional. The trailer and paperwork were all waiting for me when I arrived (having travelled just over 100 miles), hooked up and away again within 15 minutes. I would recommend this company. Nick H

Excellent company to deal with from the start of my query on-line, to ordering and then picking up my new trailer. Ian was great over the phone and in person, really easy going, no pressure or hard sell, just good customer service. Trailer was ready and waiting for me to pick up. I went to see Ian and the trailer stock at Big Bear over the weekend. Ian was very friendly and informative - over the phone and in person. He answered all my trailer questions and went through all the options and add-ons, even checked my car's towing weight and shared his thoughts on the suggested tow bar and electrical plug options. Prices also seem very competitive. Keep up the friendly service Ian!

Ian was a pleasure to deal with from my first phone call, then arranged a view of trailer I was interested in. Agreed part exchange for existing trailer. Deposit paid and order completed. Collected new trailer by arrangement. The whole process was very efficient, all my questions answered. Ian was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient, kept me informed re progress. On hand over day explained connecting procedure and completed lighting checks. I would recommend Big Bear trailers and Ian’s first class service.

If your thinking about getting a trailer you can't go wrong at Big Bear. We wanted a trailer for our fishing gear but had no idea what type of trailer or size we needed. I found Big Bear on the Internet and decided to have a look. We met Ian who is very helpful answering all our questions and allowed us to look around with no preasure what so ever to buy, and came away with all the information we needed. We’ve hired a trailer every year now for about 3 years. Always had great service no issues with collecting and returning. One year we had a mishap and needed to repair the trailer. All was done as cheaply as possible and some of our deposit was returned back to us. Very fair indeed

Enquired about purchasing a trailer via enquiry form. Received a prompt reply from Ian, which I followed up with a phone call. Ian was very friendly on the phone and answered my questions, including addressing my concerns about paying balance via bank transfer before seeing the trailer. Upon collection, Ian was very welcoming and considerate. He had the trailer ready to go including number plate. He explained features, documentation and hitching to the car. Very pleased with the trailer and purchase experience. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A great experience. Ian was available to give us some advice and then pull together a trailer package that was exactly what we needed. We bought a trailer for camping with bike attachments on top, and being new to towing, really appreciated the friendly tips we received before towing away. Totally worth a day trip to pick it up. I went to Big Bear with a roof box emergency. Ian tried so hard to help me, but alas my gear was a much older generation of box. He did however provide me with all the info I needed with part numbers etc and even suggested another dealership to try. Thank you so much for all your help. I would happily recommend Big bear.

I have just picked up a Anssems trailer from Big Bear, I can only echo the other reviews. Everyone who I dealt with was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. There was no hard sell, they wanted to make sure we had the right trailer for us. I will definitely go back to them should I ever need anything else trailer related. Very friendly staff and they set me up with a rental trailer, number plates and any paperwork I could require whilst travelling abroad. They also gave me the option to call if I had any issues and offered to talk me through every step. I will be using their services again.
